Summary
Cookable was a food waste reduction product concept. It saves grocery stores money by reducing food waste and saves people time while shopping. The product:

Concept
The first product is an interactive recipe card printer, the second is a customized recipe card.
The interactive display + printer would be placed at the entrance of the grocery store. Recipes based on preferences, cost and time would be printed and a clip would secure them to your shopping cart.

The cards are a grocery list. Walk in with no plan, walk away with 3 meals in 5 minutes.
A cheap way to meal plan with hardly any effort.
New Venture Challenge (NVC)
I presented this idea at NVC! The New Venture Challenge is a start up funding program out of the University of Colorado Boulder. It was not selected but it was a valuable learning experience! I learned that I need drastically more data, as the judges were not convinced that this was a marketable, useful idea.
